FACEBOOK ADS

Facebook Business Management

For many businesses, Facebook Marketing is no longer an option, it’s a necessity. It’s one of the very few tools that can generate brand awareness and direct sales.

With 2 BILLION daily active users, Facebook is by far the largest social network and, when managed correctly, it can be one of the most accessible and most cost effective ways to expose your brand to the customers that you want.

I’ve lost count of the number of businesses that we’ve spoken to who have dismissed Facebook as a potential avenue for growth, because they can’t hit Return on Ad Spend or Cost Per Acquisition targets. There are a number of reasons why this could be happening, but one reason may be that your competitors are using professionals to run their campaigns. As a result, their ads will no doubt be crushing your attempts. Our team of Facebook Advertising experts can help you to turn this around, and, because of the nature of Facebook, the turnaround time is generally pretty quick.

If you’re new to Facebook Advertising and would like to discuss whether it is right for you, you can contact us here or give us a call.

We can customise Facebook Business Management packages to suit your needs, we can be flexible with our management costs. Find out how we can use Facebook Ads to help grow your business.

Facebook Lead Generation

Provide value, generate great leads!

What is Lead Generation?

Lead generation should be a smooth, simple transaction designed to encourage customers to share their data in exchange for a service, offer or information that is of value to them. Before the introduction of Facebook Lead Ads in 2015, generating leads often required customers to click on several links before finally reaching the relevant landing page. These steps added friction to the journey, leading to a high drop off rate.

The introduction of Facebook Leads eliminated this entire process. Making leads a lot easier to acquire.

One of the most valuable aspects of Facebook Lead Ads is the ability to qualify the leads. Adding friction to the journey may seem counter intuitive, but if you’re only interested in reaching out to a specific type of customer, asking questions in your lead ads can eliminate any customers who may not fit your criteria.

Find out how you can increase your business leads.

What Format Can Lead Ads Take?

Lead ads can be used to generate all different types of leads, including Quotes, Demo’s Requests, Newsletter Subscriptions and Event Registrations to name just a few.

Whether you’re looking for quick follow up leads or higher quality leads, our team of Facebook Advertising experts can generate exactly what you’re looking for by concentrating their efforts based on your goals.

Just like regular ads, it’s important that Lead Generation ads stand out against the noise. Demonstrating how your ad can provide value is critical. When we’re asking potential customers to share their information, it is important to assure them that their data will be in safe hands and that you are going to provide something of value to them.

Lead Gen ads should build intent and drive your audience to take action, whether that’s in the early stages of their customer-cycle or right at the end. Our experts develop ads to help you reach the right customer at the right time. They tailor each stage of the customer journey based on results and measure the success of each ad in order to optimise and improve on account performance.

Keep Facebook Lead Generation Ads Simple

We discussed the correct use of adding friction above, but remember, it’s important to keep Lead Gen ads simple. Overwhelming the customer or asking too many questions at the wrong stage in their journey could result in a lost lead. We’ll use our experience to craft questions aligned to your brand, encouraging your audience to take action, timed specifically to where they are in their journey.

Communicating your brand effectively will be the difference between a generated lead and a lost lead. Cramming your brand ethos into a succinct lead generation ad is not always easy. Leave the hard work to us, we have tons of experience in effective Brand Communication.

Do you work in any of these industries? We can help grow your business through Lead Generation Ads.

Facebook Dynamic Product Ads

Possibly one of the most lucrative of Facebook’s Ad formats, but by far the most difficult to set up. If you’re an e-commerce retailer, you can’t afford not to have this.

What are Facebook Dynamic Product Ads?

Dynamic ads automatically promote your inventory to anyone who has visited your site or app.

I use the word “automatically” very loosely. We need to set up a product feed, a Facebook pixel or Facebook SDK and a Facebook Ad before anything automatic happens.

Following the implementation of all of the above, we can target existing customers, or broadly target similar audiences, to reach people who may not have visited your website or app before, but might be interested.

Facebook Re-targeting

Would you like to reach more shoppers? Complete sales from customers who have abandoned their baskets? Find new shoppers who have shown an interest in your brand, but not yet visited your website? Show your ads to people, anywhere in the world? Scale your ad creative without configuring each individual ad?

These customers are your warmest leads. They’re red hot, spicy, flaming customers. You need to accelerate them through your checkout as quickly as you can before your competitor starts warming them up!

Facebook Re-targeting helps you to nurture these customers with the implementation of a Facebook Pixel or Facebook SDK (App).

Once the Facebook Pixel or SDK has been implemented (unsure how to implement your Facebook pixel? We can help) we can promote your products in the following ways:

Facebook Re-targeting: Viewed or added to cart but not purchased

There are plenty of reasons why customers may have viewed or added items to their cart, but not purchased. It isn’t always because they didn’t want to purchase. I’m a Mum of two, I make hundreds of cups of tea in a day but I don’t drink 99% of them. This isn’t out of choice. It’s usually because I’m distracted. If someone reminded me to drink my tea, I’d probably drink more and make less! My point … customers need reminding to come back and make a purchase. Promote products from your catalogue to people who have viewed or added your products to their basket. This can either be manually selected product or dynamic product based on their browsing behaviour.

Facebook Re-targeting: Added to cart but not purchased

Customers don’t come hotter than these guys, but they can be a stubborn bunch. They have one job: make a purchase! We have tactics that can move them over the line.

Facebook Re-targeting: Upsell products

Along with cross-selling, upselling is one of the most effective ways to improve your profit margins.

Facebook Re-targeting: Cross-sell products

Display products from your catalogue that relate to a customer’s browsing behaviour or their most recent purchase.

Facebook Re-targeting: Custom combination

This is one of my favourite re-targeting options, however, it requires a really robust testing model or a very detailed understanding of your customer.

For example, if you know that your customer purchases your product once every 15 days, you can target people who have purchased from you before, have products in their basket, but haven’t purchased in the last 15 days. However, in order to determine your businesses “15 days” you need to have a solid understanding of your business. We can help you with this.

Facebook Boosted Posts

If you want your Organic Facebook post to reach more of your audience, you’ll need to boost it with some cold hard cash.

Boosting your organic posts play a pivotal role in your Facebook Marketing Strategy, it’s not as simple as pressing the boost button, the content that you share must be really aligned with your overall strategy.

Facebook Audience Targeting

The Marketing Holy Grail … Targeting “The Right Person, At the Right Time, In the Right Place”. And guess what … Facebook have it nailed. Of course they do.

Facebook Custom Audiences

Using sources such as Email Addresses, Website or App Traffic or Facebook Engagement, we can create Custom Audience segments to target customers who are already familiar with your brand.

Facebook Look-A-Like Audiences

When you’re ready to grow, we can help you find customers similar to the ones you cherish the most. We’ll help you to identify your revenue driving customers and, using Facebook, we’ll help you to discover more customers with similar profiles. I challenge you to find a more efficient type of customer! This approach requires a minimum data sample. If you’re ready to explore Look-A-Like Audiences we can discuss requirements in more detail, here

For a broader reach, we can select a source audience and identify common qualities from the people in this audience (demographic info or interests). From here, we can deliver ads to an audience with similar (or “Look-a-Like”) commonalities.
